---->my pros and cons:Pros:• nicely made. ie it's not cheapy looking• fits perfectly on my 2017 Unlimited• seems to be durable ... the cap is some sort of metal, while the outer ring is plastic• I bought it to keep out leaves, snow, ice....all of Mother Nature's seasonal goodies and I think it'll be great for that• looks coolCons:• the instructions are really hard to follow....just illustrations nothing written...I got trhough the first page and then gave up...I ended up searching youtube for a how too vid• there's an Allen key and some bolts...who knows what for ...didnt use them• the outer ring has a tiny little PLASTIC nub that's supposed to line up with a hole on the side of the Jeep....BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE THAT -- if you do, the ring is going to just spin around and not fit snug• the O-RING was nearly impossible to get on....I somehow managed by grabbing the gas line with one hand through the opened tail light hole ( which I recommend removing dont just let it hang ) and pulling the line LIGHTLY from side to side to give you a bit more space while working the O-ring on from the outside with a flathead screwdriver.....worked for me but had to learn the hard way. This was the hardest part of the install.One last advice - be careful with the 2 screws you need to remove from the tail light. Torquing down on that too much you'll easily crack the light. Use a screwdriver and hand crank it lightly to get it back on.
