I just finished installing the bumper. The structural install was very straight forward and easy to understand. However, the wiring of the lights was not so simple. I am a pretty handy guy so even for me it was complex. I think the manufacture could have wired up the lights to one lead. I mean it is designed for the JL right. How many wiring options can there be. Anyway, everything is working and looks awesome. The lights are super bright and really light up the night. We will see how my home made wiring for the lights in the long run but I believe I have all good.The bumper is worth cost. I am using it to flat tow my jeep and it is almost two hundred dollars less than a breast plate and looks a whole lot better.A very solid bumper for a nice price, took about 1.5 hours to install but a lot of that was finding tools, and answering phoneProduct came well packaged. Lights are extremely bright and I wouldn’t recommend them unless your off-road or on lone stretches of highway or you like every 3rd car flashing their lights at you. Wired all the lights together and spliced them into the end of the old wiring harness. Of course the instructions suck, plenty of videos online on how to take off your stock bumper. Actual installation of the new bumper is 6 nuts and 2 bolts and is simple. This bumper is 20lbs heavier than stock one.This bumper is not good quality at all…. It has a very poor finish and it came in rusty and with scrapes and scratches all over it and now I have to ,.,.,. more like .,.,., (made to) !!! per a Amazon policy ——-return the very heavy and large item if I want any kind of justice to my pockets…(my money) all buyers bewareLove the look but the install was not easy. The holes do not line up properly and we had to bore the hold out on the Jeep to make it fitThis was a fun easy upgrade that looks great .. Lights all work and patched into fog light switch , added a winch and some lights..Very happy , Worth every dollar!Still see people blaming the bumper for not fitting.. You failed to read any comments! If you removed those brackets you drilled out would have bolted right up... This Bumper is am easy install. NO DRILLING REQUIRED!
